It happened more than once. But this is one particular where he’s in a restaurant. Also, a part where he kisses a girl and says “Oh no, I mustn’ be gay now!” and the girl turns out to be a transvestite.

I’ll keep looking but it looks like it was a one-time/infrequent sketch or else it’d be listed under Jim Carrey’s sketches.
