Well tell me what’s up and I will try to help you
OK. I am all ears.
Don’t lose faith.
OK. The thing to remember is not to beat yourself up over your weight because that is going to make things worse. As far as your lack of energy that sounds like depression to me.
That definitely sounds like you have some depression and depression in of itself can cause you to gain weight and eat more.
I have found the best way to cope with fdepression is some form of mild exercise. Cliche’ I know, but even going on a short walk will help relieve some of your depression.
Depression can be lack of energy, unhappiness, eating a lot or not enough, sleeping too much or ot enough, etc.
Crying is someting that happens to some people but not all.
No, I don’t
I wish I did!
Yea, I know. I can relate.
I’m so sorry.
your welcome. Just remember this is not your fault so don’t beat yourself up over this.
Yea, I have!
I started out small. I did something that didn’t require a lot of effort from me that I could enjoy and I went out and did it. Even if it was just going out for coffee.
and I tried to do something different once a week until it just became routine.
Basically I had to force myself.
yea, I know.
If you have a place you use tgo to that you enjoy, that is what I would start with because I know when I became depressed I just quit going to my hang-outs. So when I had to pull myself out of isolation I went to my hang-outs first and then went from there.
I am student majoring in counseling.
Medications aren’t necessary. Let me refer you to a website.
I personally take medication for my depresion and find that it works wonders but if you don’t want to here is a website that tells you what your other options are.
Your welcome. and here’s one more: http://www.namiscc.org/Recovery/2002/…
