MOVIE!

go and watch the chronicles of narnia, prince caspian.
it is brilliant!
worth every penny.
ive seen it today as i watched it on a website and i think everyone would enjoy it!
i think its sad though at the end, cause we find out that Peter & Susan can never return as they have to carry on a normal life. but after this film, there will be a new one ‘ the chronicls of narnia, the voyage of the dawn treader’

so thats my little rant! lol
(:

Lol thanks for giving away the ending (not that I was planning on seeing the film anyway.

It makes me sad that they deviate from the book so much. Don’t worry…Peter will return.

I actually prefer the stories without the Pevensies. Anyone else?

Read the books, so I know what the endings are pretty much containing. I was a little concerned about the first movie they made of Narnia, I grew up on the series as well as the books (nothing could ever compare, in my opinion) The movie actually wasn’t that bad, I was impressed. Still not as good as the original TV series and the books, but it did them justice at least.

The new one however, I’m still a little hesitant. I think they’re dragging it out too long. Since the success of The Harry Potter saga and The Lord Of The Rings (blows HP out of the WATER by the way. LOL. Sorry Potter fans) everyone is trying to cash in on the same stuff.

Honestly, I’m sick of the remakes and the “based on” stuff. Get Smart for instance. Without Don Adams? pfft. First time in my life I’ve ever lost respect for Mel Brooks. Travesty really. Don Adams WAS Maxwell Smart. It’s like trying to re-make Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory without Gene Wilder and just altering the title. Oh wait…that’s been done too! Bah Hollywood!

But seriously, if I do see the new Narnia movie, I will probably do what I did with the last one. Wait until it comes on TV. That way, I’m not giving any of these weirdos encouragement to ruin classics. Hollywood needs to get some original idea again instead of relying on OTHER people’s work just to create a cash flow.

Money. I hate it. What ever happened to entertainment being for FUN or for a moral cause like making someone happy instead of making them broke?

Wow. Enter my socialist father. My apologies.
