write a poem or draw a picture, it’s supposed to help relieve tension/ emotions.

the past is over - what ever it is your obsessing about, realise it only happened once but every time you think about it your relive it over and over and over again. try to stay in the present by listening to outside sounds or even the sound of your breathing. check out www.thework.com or www.byronkatie.com and watch a couple of her videos - she really helped me see that the whole world exists in my head and therefore i have the ability to question what bothers me and see it isn’t true. good luck
