Please help!

Ok so I’ve been skipping gym the whole of this year, and the teachers haven’t told my parents…..YET.
Not long ago my teacher rang and asked if she could talk to my mum. My mum is out so I told her, she’s out, why are you calling?
She said I knew .. “because I’ve been so rude lately, and my grades…”

I’m just so scared, because my mum hit me lots befor (she doesn’t do it much now) and I don’t do homework and I’m so scared of my dad. I’m scared he might hit me or throw me out of the house. I don’t know what to do. Please help!!

I don’t really have a good reason.
I skipped it because I feel so .. uncomfortable in the shower ect ..
And since 5th grade (I’m in 9th now) I’ve hated gym. I got sick of the thought of having gym and sometimes I threwup (on purpous) to get to skip it.
I couldn’t skip it befor because they would of told my parents, but now we have really horrid teachers, they don’t care about my set of friends and they ignored us in gym anyway.
Well once I forgot my gym stuff, so I just sat where the people who don’t have gym sit, and they didnt ask me why I wasn’t having it, they ignored me completely, so I kept on doing it.
My other friends also don’t have gym too ..

if you feel uncomfortable then just turn your back or learn to be proud of yourself or just dont have a shower but gym is good excercise for you and in the long run it is better to do it

It’s too late to do it this year, I don’t have a grade in gym now.
But about the shower, the first half of this year I had gym without showering, and I heard people saying things like “ugh, she doesn’t shower .. eeeeeww!!”
Me and my friend have started going jogging though, in stead of having gym which I think is ok.
It’s just that I’m so scared my mum will kinda find a reason to start hittin me again because now she only tells me everyday that I’m useless..
And my father, I’m scared of what he might do but I’m not sure ..

if your mum starts hitting you or you are scared she might I kno its hard but you should maybe get some professional help.
However in my school nobody showers because the showers dont have a hot setting and nobody will have a cold shower and people dont bat an eyelid if you dont shower. Just use some spray its works the same way for a while then have a shower when you get home

Try to write up a list of 10 things (or more)to do during the gym lessons, and rank them from the top with the least you like. Then talk to the Counselor, or the admin teacher in your school, of course best is talk to your gym teacher, and try to let them have you do during the gym lessons the things at the bottom of your list, which even though you do not like to do them, at least not as bad as those at the top of the list.

What kind of professional help?
I don’t think I’d be brave enouh to tell anyone .. That’s why I posted here, since it’s anonymous and there are alot of helpfull people on here, like yourself.
Also everyone showers here, even the teachers sometimes frowned at me last year because I didn’t shower.

Hm… I doubt the teachers would allow me to do that, since they don’t really like me .. =/ But I could maybe try it next year (theres no more gym this year)

Why don’t you talk to your parents about how you feel about gym and the whole “shower” thing. I’m sure they’ll understand. Its quite common to feel embarrassing in shower.Get your feelings out in the open. I used to skip Hindi classes when I was little because the teacher used to hurt us often. One day I was caught and all that my mom said was “Why didn’t you tell us?”. Remember, your parents want the best for you. You can always talk to them about anything.
