Cant log in to Help.com because i’m getting my password wrong, searched faq, but no can do!

how do I request a password reminder????? O.O I feel dumb i just registerd and verified 30 mins ago! lol

Ahh solved my own problem! ok for those of you who encountered it/is encountering it…maybe it was the server, i swore that I had the right password every time…but to do a password request you have to go to the login page, enter your email address and leave the password field blank. Then click and a green bar should appear in a second saying an email with your info was sent to you.
