I have a problem

When I get nervous, I shake really bad, at first it was just my hands, but as time went on, it turned to my arms, and now, sometimes it’ll get so bad that I can hardly walk. One time I was making my bed, and shaking so bad that I had to stop and stop lay down. I didnt get any sleep because I couldnt stop shaking. It stopped after a while, but now its back again. I tried looking it up online, and I didnt really find anything, except panic attacks. Is it possible I could be having panic attacks?

I’m the same way. I find it helps to physically stop yourself from shaking, Grip your hands together, lean hard against a wall, whatever.

I sometimes have the same problem. I try humiliating myself to stop shaking. I’ll call myself all sort of vicious and cruel names until I stop. I try to do it quietly especially if I’m in public. Sometimes the voice in my head helps me with what to say. Good luck to you.

OP needs a medical doctor. You need a psychiatrist.
