Am an orphan, i was orphaned on the 9th of january

2008, am 15 years of age and now i dont have any body to support me financially in my education aspect.

My name is Ttayos Tucker, a Nigerian by nationality, i was orphaned on the 9th of january 2008, am 15 yrs of age, lost family in a house explosion, and my grandmother as a witnessed kicked her bucket instantly, since my parents death i have been striving to survive, shelter and finish my secondary school education which remains 12 more month to graduate, now with my striving to survive means am going know where and i need externak help knowing that here in my country nobody wants to adopt a teenager, am downcast and i dont want to be depressed so i dont know if this is right but i have to do it, am financially weak and i wish or hope someone could help me with that throughout my education.

Wow i really feel it for you. I think you are very strong to get this far keep it up. Do you have to pay to go school? I think you should look for a job a must do no matter how long it takes keep looking. keep strong and think positive. Dont you know any other family member? At the moment what’s more important than education is making sure you’ve got food to eat and at lest somewhere to sleep.

thanks i would have done all wat u said but this is africa everybody needs help from one place or another and who want to employ a 15 yr old teenager when adults are not yet employed. As for family i cany sort of remember alot my father and mother was the only child and my grandmother was the only granny left for me and she died instantly.OUr house blown off. I just need a family or help.

You seem to have Internet access which orphans without a home don’t usually have. If your in an orphanage they usually provide education for you so that you can get a job. Not sure if your story is totally true so I suggest you try looking in your area for assistance. It will be a lot easier to get help there then on the Internet. Hope this helps :-)
