If you live in the UK, get some of that 4head stuff… that works :)
Or just take some strong painkillers, and put something cold on your head :)

Yeah i used to get them a lot too, been ok for a while but i think they have decided to come back lol.

Is there actually any difference between the super expensive tablets compared to just normal ones? Seems like when you can buy a pack from either 40p to £3 seems very different..

what work for me when i am in a situation like that is take some time out like 10 or 15 mins and relax. that will help you because what you are doing is stress yourself out and you dont stop working. relax for few mins, drink water, eat a snack, if that does not work try to take some tylenol. Good Luck on you work!!!!!!!!

Excedrin works well if it is a regular or tension headache. If you can lay down after you take it with an icepack(s)where it hurts with a tv or radio in the background to keep your mind off the pain. It should go away in about an hour or less. Good Luck.

Thanks, i think its time to take a time out and sort this out, means going into the spare room away from my computer :( lol.
I think the cold thing on the head will be good too because the pain is right at the front, in the middle of my forehead (where it is every single time)
