Advice Needed- Where To Find Wake Up Calling Services?

Signed up on a specialty weight loss online community and have all the intentions and tools, but so far I have not moved forward with my personal goal of losing weight. In fact, zilch>>
The main problem is because I dont wake up early enough so that I feel inclined to exercise. Or I’m too groggy or what not. Yes, I lack sleep, lol *blush*…And will, and will happily always will because I am awake for a certain reason….Sooo trying to find innovative ways to wake up and do!….Such as louder, more obnoxious alarm clocks or wake up calling services.

Can anyone suggest to me any website that provides obnoxious alarm clocks for free, or wake up calling services for free, or miniimal cost? Or ANY at all (i.e even physical alarm clocks would be ok, but if you can answer my first two Qs that would be really, REALLY, my preference!)

I heard of a clock that has wheels! When it goes off and you hit the snooze, it rolls off the stand, hits the floor, gets more louder and rolls around so you have to chase it! I wish I knew the name of it though! It was kind of cool!

A coffee maker that you set and has an alarm on it and makes your coffee as soon as it goes off. I think theres one of those too.

Katrina,

There are some people that really can’t get up in the morning, and if that’s you, then feel free to explore different ways to wake up. However, if you really aren’t getting enough sleep, then you should make sure that you change your habits so that you do. I guarantee you’ll find it easier to get up in the morning, and you’ll probably feel better, too.
