I have issues with my dog.

He’s so bad but I really have not raised him right. If he could post on here I don’t know what he would say.

They are like children, they need to be taught.

He would say, after I was done being cute, you ignored me and left me to my own devices.

I will pay the price because you are not being loving, caring and responsible.

I need attention and to know I matter.

I would like to play and go for walks as being in the same place is boring.

Please care for me and teach me and I will be your friend till the end of my life.

You already know your keeping a good dog down. Now get up, and be a loving friend.

I really got him for my husband and son. He’s a great dog, but he’s too much dog for me.

It sounds like a herding dog, they have an intense gaze. How old? If it is a working dog. I can be a big help. I have them. They are very intelligent and need jobs.
I keep mine busy all kinds of ways.

If you would like to shout me, I can give you ideas on how to keep you both happy.
Give your dog a chance or find an owner that can. It feels horrible to not be paid attention to, and left for dead when your alive.

He’s a blend, half catahoola which is an american indian dog, and one quarter beagle and one quarter lab. He’s not so bad off though because we have another dog and other people give Lucky attention besides me.

Pet’s are not toys and cannot be self-trained. It requires a lot of patience and times to have a pet. Your dog must be taught. Frankly, if it’s too much for you, just get a dog trainer or some obedience classes. Otherwise since it’s your husband and son’s dog, make them responsible of the dog. A lot of times, they misbehave and act very crazy because they are BORED out of their mind. Most behavior problems are related to lack of exercise. They need mental and physical stimulation. It’s unfair for a dog just to be stuck at home. They are a lot of responsibilities, so if you and your family cannot provide him with what he needs, he would probably be better off somewhere else.
