Mood Swings

I can be perfectly content in one instant, but the next i get all emotional at the tiniest thing.
It happens so quickly and i can’t control it.

What is it?
Why is it happening?
What can i do?

The only way you can find this out is my asking someone with medical knowledge.
I could suggest a number of things but may not be whats going on with you.
I mean it could be hormones, depression of somesort, a trauma you have burried etc
Whatever it is you need to see a doctor and go through the proper channels of getting it diagnosed so that they can help you.

mood swings can be caused by multiple things. I agree with LazyDaze, depression, trauma, anxiety, hormones, best thing to do is like she said, see a doctor.

Hmm… Thanks. I’ve been advised to see a behavioural therapist too. Think that would work?

it might depend on what you believe in.

Yeah, believe in. A lot depends on what we believe in when it comes to ourselves. Do you believe you have a problem, or do you not sort of a thing. If you believe it then you do, if you don’t well then it gets complicated. The mind is very complex. I hope this makes sense, I’m not sure I’m explaining it right.
