well the P matrix stated determines the time evoution of the system in terms of probabalistic two state transitions

there for we are looking for a vector state that when multiplied by this time evolution will give the same vector state back, thus being a static state vector

ie. T1 = T1 P11 + T2 P21 and T2 = T1 P12 + T2 P22

where [T1, T2] are the components of the static vector
Pij the components of the P matrix ie. P =[p11, p12]
[p21, p22]

also as the T vector is a probablilty of defined states T1 + T2 = 1

So you have three equations
T1 = T1 P11 + T2 P21
T2 = T2 P12 + T2 P22
T1 + T2 = 1

substituting in the values of the P’s makes the equations trivial to solve

giving T1=0.2105 and T2= 0.7895
