if you’re serious about losing weight, i’d see a nutritionist. its expensive but worth it because they can listen to you and help you make it fit your lifestyle.

but v-8 and eat only peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and fruit and milk! Can’t get any healthier than that!

If people in the house encourage you to eat, then eat…then throw up. They’ll stop the encouragement pretty quick and you’ll be left alone to diet.

go about it your on your own. If you really set your mind on loosing the weight then you really dont need any help. i was in the same situation when i wanted to loose weight and i did it. Use their lack of support as motivation, it works.
