How chatting online kinda helps me.

My first post on here was called “I have social anxiety disorder”. Well now I’m taking baby steps. I’ve started chatting online on anime sites and stuff like that (not on chat rooms though, too creepy), and I’ve had a real good experience. You think this might be a healthy habit to build my self-esteem around other people beyond the web?

Whatever makes you feel more confident in yourself you do it. And baby steps is the right approach. Remember this is something you wouldnt even have considered a little while ago. Progress is one of those things that seems slow to you but fast to others who are watching you. I think you are doing great - well done for trying to beat this - Regards Mas

Maybe, maybe not. You are going to deal with everything here. This is the public. Good and bad, right and wrong:) If you can take away what is good for you and leave the rest you will be fine. Be prepared to be hurt, laugh, cry, smile, be entertained, challenged, it is up to you:)

My hand was crushed and I am learning how to use it again on this website:)
