IDEA help: I need help building a electronic project. - Help.com

I need help building a electronic project.

I have a very basic understanding of electronics but I have found schematics on the web to build the The Beck Blood Electrifier, and I am really keen to give it a try.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I know the idea is a bit out there, but hey why not.

I am shocked this isn’t a hoax. However, Robert C. Beck does not hold the patent on this device, Steven Kaali does.
