I want my mother, my best friend, my little brother.

All these close people are not close anymore.And never will be again. Do adults have really close friends like twelve year olds?

From what I can see, they usually don’t because they don’t work at it.
friends, true ones, are something to be treasured as a fruit of the labors of both people.
but I don’t know more than that.
I am not even in college, so I don’t know what it really is like to be in the workforce.

What brought these thoughts up? I imagine you havent been close to those people that you listed for… more than a day. All of a sudden you just feel alone? maybe you tend to be less intimite. Maybe you are just not as close to people as you think other people are with THEIR people. I bet they all still love you tons.
