im bulimic.

i follow the typical pattern that i found on the internet: strict dieting–> tensions and cravings–> binge eating–> purging to avoid weight gain–> shame and disgust–> and back to strict dieting. i feel extremely unhealthy (both physically and mentally). how do i break the cycle???

Get professional help.

That really is the best advice I can give you.
Eating disorders aren’t easy to tackle, but it is doable.

Please contact your doctor or a local professional organisation that can help you.

They will also help you to believe in yourself again.

Go to the doctors….. you might say ‘’oh I’ve heard that already'’ but you need profesionals to help you through it.
Just get the help, and you’ll be as fit as a fiddle in no time :), well, you know what I mean?
