you need to change the beats per minute so that they match and try to get a keylock before you change the bpm so the any lyrics dont turn into hamster voices

any change of more than 50bpm will be hard to mix so try to stick with close bpm songs while your learning to mix

Sounds like your just starting out so why dont you grab a mixed CD of tunes you like and start with them … you will know they are mixable. I understand where your comming from with the 50.bpm chris, its true but maybe a little outta this guys league to start with … start small build your understanding in beatmixing and your confidence will grow along side
if your looking for a cheap way of getting a little bunch of tunes to use, www.htfr.com have a cheap collection of vinyl in many different styles. like 10 records for like £10-£20 maybe also a good start. Good Luck its a great hobby and an even better job … I love it ;)
