My face started to burn like crazy

After I washed my face with this soap I used it before and nothing ever happened before ..but this time it did I felt my skin get bumps and it burned I didn’t know what to so I look around to find something I put lotion on it and like it burned more (first I tried rising with water) ..and then I put this stuff I found stuff in a tiny bottle and like a put it on and like my face ….its like totally numb right now its pretty cool it called extra sooth …I like it becuase the way it makes me feel

What possible reason caused this burning

Wierd, go to a dermotologist if it continues? Thats all I can suggest.
