I struggle so hard with my anxiety and noone around me understands, it’s so upsetting.

They don’t understand that the daily things they do are REALLY hard for me. But i still keep trying….i just wish someone understood.

many people won’t understand…find peace in yourself and accept your daily challanges with courage and faith in yourself…I takes a long time to learn ‘it doesn’t matter if they understand as long as you do’ :) good luck

Maybe you can go to a church or a quiet place and try to calm down. Or just talk to a friend about what it is that is opressing you? Hope you find some peace of mind

i understand too!
i know exactly what you mean… ive struggled sooo badly from really high anxiety in the last few years and no one understood me. its hard to do things that most people think are simple. if you ever need to talk im here for you. ask me anything or just let it all out. anything you need to do. im sorry that you have to go through this but someday everything will all be better =)
