I have bi-polar and I have told my friends, yet none of them seem to understand when I’m acting out of the ordinary.

Any advice?

I am bipolar too, you just have to get used to the fact that some people just won’t or can’t understand it, I mean even I don’t quite understand it at times and I have it lol
Best thing really to do is go to a website that simplifies it, print off a few sections and let your friends read it when they want, you can’t force them to understand but atleast you have given them the option.

Like lazyDaze said, not everyone is going to be able to tell, sometimes there mind is going to be somewhere else. There are people who can see, and some who don’t.
