Accept her as who she is? Or if you’re really desperate gently try and veer a conversation into her perhaps trying contacts. But srsly, glasses don’t make a person more ugly. Unless it’s totally unsuited to the shape of the face. Which I doubt.

my girlfriend had to get glasses about a year ago. I was the one that made her go to the eye doctor because she was always squitting. I knew she that she hated glasses and she felt she would be less attractive. Well, i took her to the eye doctor and she got very upset when eye doctor told her eye sight was very bad and she should wear glasses all the time except for reading. She was crying as soon as we left, I tried to make her feel good, told she will look good in eyeglasses and i love the same. I took that day to get glasses and told her she looked sexy in glasses. I keep telling her how good she looked in her glasses. She was still extremely upset anyway and didn’t want to wear them. That night we were in bed about to make love her when i asked if she put on her glasses because she looked so sexy in her glasses. To make shorten the the story i would have told her she looked great in glasses whether i believed or not. today she wears her glasses all the time,has 4 different pair. She now loves the way she looks in glasses wears her glasses proudly. She also told me she wont ever get contacts and will not consider the surgery. She also told me what a fool she has been.
