the answer is, you don’t. If you even managed to, apart from the fact it would be unhealthy, you would only put it on in about ten seconds once again. All you do is eat healthily, everything in moderation, don’t starve yourself, and exercise loads. You will slowly loose wait till you get to your target wait, and rather than put weight on immediately, you will be able to maintain it easily.

Ummm…you don’t. Losing weight takes some time if you do it right, and you should do it right if you want it to stay off. Watch your calories, eat balanced meals, and get lots of exercise

you can eat normally one day, and dont eat the next, then eat normally the next, and not the next, etc. Its not starving yourself. Actually, Americans eat more than they actually need. In some countries, or cultures, they do this. They stay thinner (thinner than many Americans) and actually live longer. I learned it in psychology. It’s completely safe and its not starving yourself.

It’s not.
I did that, because I was obsessed with losing weight.
I lost ten pounds in a week, not that there was a noticeable difference, and as soon as I began to eat again, I gained it all back, plus some.
And then my confidence was horrible. It led to many issues.
So do NOT do it. Seriously. It will **** you up.

starving yourself puts on weight. You starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode. There is a whole scientific reason as to why you put on weight. Look it up on google. Maybe its when you start eating again that you just suddenly balloon. And lets face it, you are not going to stop eating for the rest of your life

oh, and starving yourself will make you skinny, but its not worth it. It messes up your body, plus you get an eating disorder and that opens a whole new can of worms…
