Life Coaching-I’m considering becoming one.Anyone know

of any good online courses,hopefully free or low cost,but credible.Ive checked into a couple costing anywhere from $50.oo for one course and up to $700.oo (U.S) for a full course.I took a test and got 43 out of 50,yeah me! Now what?

Hey mee too! I actually found a Christian life coaching over the internet, but it’s pretty pricey… I too would like to find something cheaper, but my computer course by correspondence was just as high too.

You may be able to apply for funding such as a government grant if you find a place, I was able to with my computer programing course, and then found out that alot of this I could have gotten for FREE had I just joined computer forums, and asked the right people… duh me…

I am signed up for a coaching news letter even though I do not have the qualifications, it still gives me insight as to what the clients need and are looking for and how to address key issues.

I looooved watching the tv show ” Starting over” it was a show about two life coaches, coaching girls who lived under one roof and coached each girl individually through thier problems and conflicts in thier lives… It got cancelled, I hope they bring it back, I really got alot out of that show.

sorry, misread your statement. I’m sure you can find plenty of clients here (even though I don’t think advertising is allowed)

Can you help get people to do what they know they need to do that would dramatically change their life for the better. Even though they have talked themselves into being terrified of it because to be successful at what they need to do, they must face all their fears/inadequacies and fix them? :D

If you can find inexpensive…You’ll be better at searching ‘em out then me dear. To get certified… it’s gonna cost ya. Now, there are places online that are cheaper or sometimes free training… but they are just various courses… not certification. Check out the ICF… probably the best place to start.

This is not the best place to get clients … trust me… Advertising IS allowed to a point… it’s kind of a tricky line.
