Qwest is our new isp and I am trying to set up my email address.

My husband set up our account with 6 different email addresses. I would like to set up one of these addresses and the Outlook set up is not working for that email address–I think it is because I don’t have a password set up. How do I do that? I’m using my work email to do this help session.

He may have neglected to tell you the password, or it might be set by default to the isp connection password. Those accounts should work with the hotmail type mail account in Outlook (although free hotmail accounts do not.) Calling husband, Qwest customer service, or going to their website might help.
