Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
my friend found an australian program that had a lot of organic farms, and it was free to go and live there, you just had to work the fields. I myself am very interested in what you say too, as I have often contemplated leaving society and living in nature. Where do you plan on doing this?
Well, if it really comes to an entire nation, than I don’t think they have internet there so perhaps we’ll never know… =)
As Kyle suggested they are various places to ‘get a break’ for a short or longer time.
Where do you live and how old are you? Perhaps I have a suggestion of a really good and cool program I know of, but depends on age and country.
oooh, tell me. Im 19 and would like japan, but have yet to figure any logistics for that. i might do it in america. what is it?
You have the age, but not the right place.
It is for Europeans to give them an option for 6 to 12 months to go do voluntary work. Can be in cities, can be on the countryside. All expenses paid, you even get pocketmoney.
But you have to be European and between 18 and 26.
ok, well what im talking about is different. sort of. i wuldnt want europe anyway, id want someplace nice
well i want somewhere with undisturbed wildlife. no role of civilization or society. A beach has always been a part of my dream, but i dont know of that is the best idea either.
I was being sarcastic. I am European and I love it around here (mind that I don’t necessarily mean the European Union).
You think we don’t have undisturbed wildilife? Places completely without a sign of mankind? Amazing beaches?
It’s all here mate.
yes, i believe there are gr8 places. i dont mean to be mean, but europe juast has never appealed to me, maybe because of all the different histories and people…i dont really know myself. Just not drawn that way
that’s cool. we are all attracted to different places.
tbh, except for very few spots the US don’t appeal too me.
Different for all of us.
But we are going offtopic here now.
we r? o yea. I wouldnt like to do it in America either, its really a dumb place with lots of dumb people. Ive lived in missouri for 19 years, other than the occasional vacations across the country, and i want to leave it. neway, bak 2 wtvr this was meant to b about
Anyone hear about that tribe that was found somewhere that had like never been exposed to anything outside of their own tribe? Lol I kind of just confused myself, hope someone understood that. Hehe when they first saw a helicopter they had their bows and arrows ready to fire at it- thats SO cute!
i heard from a veteran that there were tribes in japan that never knew modern civilization. So when american planes dropped supplies to troops in jungle areas, the tribe saw the drops, one of them accidentally being found by the tribe, and decided to try and get the big bird in the sky to give them the treasures. They saw the runways that Americans built and tried to make a copy of one so the “big bird” would come to them. The tribe made a wooden runway in the jungle out of sticks and stuff, which i thought was a fun fact

What do you find “not nice” about Europe?
well i dont consider Europe trashy or anything, i guess it just doesnt draw me toward it. Im an average american, and like most americans, have roots somewhere in Europe. If I was going to go someplace, I would just want something that is completely different from anything I’ve ever experienced.
