if you figure out an idea for a tattoo and it sounds like a great idea at the time, sleep on it for a while

maybe you can do a mixture of all of those, get creative :)

I got something that was very meaningful to me. I got a cross, just to remind myself everyday that even though it may not seem like it, God is there, and also in memory of my great grandpa who died when i was 4, but I was really close with.

Also, be aware that tattoos are addictive. I have 5 now. My advice would be to definitely get something meaningful, and also have it drawn (designed) for you. I would never get a design “off the wall”.
I only have to hear the sound of the tattoo needle to want one :-)

Maybe you could do something like your fav. element and have the artist draw the word in a circle and then have a scuba diver going into it… (if you know what I mean… kinda like swimming into your skin and you see like the legs with the scuba fins)
