oh yes, I sure can keep weight off. In fact I eat 6 sometimes 7 meals a day, but still don’t gain an ounce of fat or muscle. How?.. I’m a skinny dude with a sport car like fast acting metabolism.
I meant more like someone who gained weight when they had a baby but then lost the weighht and kept it off.
eat more fruits and veggies
stop eating red meat or go veggetarain

I try to eat light. Eat a lot of veggies. I tend to have a lot of fats like butter and a lot of cream in coffee. But I’m very small physically and have a slow metabolism.
lose about forty pounds. Small like a small frame and not too tall.
I’m five one and I would like to weigh one ten and I weigh one fifty five.
Okay, I’m going to buy tofu hot dogs and stuff for protein and walk the dogs. Thanks cookies and cream.
