I backed up my computer using the backup utility and chose all users documents and settings.

It showed the emails being backed up but when I tried to restore them nothing shows up.. HELP…

Are you using Microsoft Outlook as your email application?

If so, are you using personal folders to store your emails?

Outlook Express 6, only one account on the e-mails. Only one account under windows as well

you probably need to restore the data file.

go to File > Data file management and add the personal folder file. (I’m using regular outlook so it might be slightly different.
