Im a shy guy and i’m kinda having trouble asking this girl in my class out that i like.

Every time i see her and make eye-contact with her outside of class i turn away really quickly and when she says hi to me i get butterflies in my stomach. I’ve known her for about maybe 2 months and shes really nice i just have a hard time approaching her and talking to her outside of class. have any suggestions about getting rid of that fear because i’ve tried 2 get over it and it just aint working lol.

thanks yeh i guess ill try that but im not really the kinda guy who can walk up 2 a girl and give her my number lol…. and we already are decent friends considering she teases me a lot

Do you both have any common interests? Find something to talk about that
you are both into. This sets a common ground and you will both have
something in common to relate to. Besides when you are talking to her
about something that you are passionate and knowledgeable about, but
something that she’s also into, you will both feel much more relaxed
around each other, plus you will impress her simply by being yourself.
Then when you feel ready you can ask her out.
