Can I sue the county I live in for cutting trees on our private property that connect to the levee lot which I own and pay taxes.
The goverment never ask us for permission to cut tree and the federal agents are very angry and will do a full investigation. Is there an attorny and what type of an attorney I should call to seek advice?
