Please, give more details.

Why are you so attached to the band?
What makes you hate them?

etc.

I probably can’t help you totally forget them- but you can work to towards not caring, not thinking a lot, etc. But I don’t get what some band could do to create such strong emotions.

Do you not like them because you attached them to something you love a lot, and then lost it, and now you can’t stand remembering?
If that’s the case, its better to remember them. Whenever you feel emotional, you can listen to them and get your emotions out. It hurts, I know, but they can be your emotional outlet.

Is it because you feel their music so intensely that it pains you? I get like that sometimes, you can’t think of much else.

Think of other bands- listen to them too. Wean yourself off them. Make yourself sick and tired of their songs.

Breathe.

It feels really bad when a band takes hold of you like that.
