My nose really hurts

the septum feels like its burning all the time, and I have red bloody and black boogers. but my nose feels really dry and it hurts =( I havent been hit in the nose or anything obvious reasons. and I am not prown to nose bleeds.

no I havent been, and I dont do drugs. I also have gotten a horrible ear infection to and my nose is still hurting.
