How do I deal with my parents?

I met a guy online and really like him, but my parents say that I’m not supposed to date anyone I meet online because of a ton of random reasons. What do I do? I don’t want to disobey my parents’ direct orders, but I think they’re being unfair and won’t let me explain. Also, I’m 23, so I’m not sure why they even care what I’m doing and who I like…But still…I don’t want to disobey them.

ok, first of all, your parents are probably right in that you really odn’t want to get involved with someone you haven’t met in person at least once before. That being said, you should come to that conclusion independently. You’re 23 years old, what are you doing “obeying” your parents? At this point your parents are there, simply as a guide to your life, they are not the law. Take their advice as advice, not as gospel. Listen to what they have to say, consider what they have to say, and respect what they have to say, but in the end, this is your life and this is your call.

I booth a second hand computer it’s specification is a celeron type one’s with 2GB compressor, 40GB hard disk with 256RAM. once in awhile the computer hangs, so because of curiosity i find my way to make it faster without any knowledge with what im doing. to make the story short, one day when i opened my PC as the bios started i pressed on delete, then upon browsing on it i happened to turn on the fun’s alarm because im so curious with what will happen. After doing it the CPU started to alarm continuously, and that’s my problem now it’s already save and that irritated sound makes my day when ever i open my PC it keeps on beeping, as in the beep never stops until i Turn off the computer. Please help me find a solution about it. Can i still reset the bios set up? I’m Mike recently residing now at south Korea. hope you’ll help me up with this problem.thank you very much and more power to you.

‘miscado’, why don’t you start your own new post? Your questions about computers is unrelated to this topic. By putting it in the middle of a post about online dating, you probably won’t get the help you need.

You are old enough to make your own decisions. Just be safe about it. If you meet him, do it in public and let someone know where you are or go with friends or in a group. Don’t let him know where you live or any personal information right away. Your parents are just trying to look out for you.
