Any good place to get Gimp tutorials?

There’s a lot for Photoshop, but not really that many for Gimp.

Have you downloaded paint.net, Will? It’s nowhere near as sophisticated as Gimp is, but it’s a lot easier to use. And, it does support layers…

Help me with: CBS is going to buy CNET.

I dunno, I like gimp, seems the best freeware there is, I don’t want a dumbed down kinda software.

I’ve heard the GIMP has a very similar layout to Photoshop, perhaps the tutorials work for both.

Some of the tools aren’t the same, and the layouts a bit different.

There’s a mod of GIMP called GIMPshop- it makes the interface look a lot like photoshop, and makes it intuitive if you’ve worked with it before
