I need to learn Spanish and French for my college…I’ve studied about 3 years of Spanish but I haven’t achieved much…what should I do?

Programs work well, But the best supposed way to learn a language quickly is to spend a week or two in the actual country where it is spoken fluently and frequently. But I guess thats the concept behind Rosetta Stone…
