Hi everyone Computer help please needed…

.

I have a problem with my laptop, it comes up with the message: rundll32.exe - Application Error, The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click Ok to terminate application…
Does anyone know how to fix this because it wont allow me to open anything from the start menu, enter control panel or change the date or time on my laptop..
Can anyone please help….
I had this problem 2 weeks ago so I sent it to the Technician to fix, i had got it back like 2 days ago and it was all fine, now this happens again and i really don’t feel like sending it back again to pay them for something i could probably fix…..
any help would be appreciated, Thank you….

Assuming XP with SP2

1. Put the Windows XP CD ROM disk in the CD ROM drive.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. Type expand X:\i386\rundll32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe in the Open box, where X is the letter of your CD ROM Drive.
4. Restart the computer.

This is a virus problem!

1>first try to install anti virus! avast is free antivirus search on web use it

2>even u have problem first copy ur imp data in safe pen drive,cd etc
and further reinstall the operating system and first install the antivirus

even u have problem then 99% chances that u have RAM problem

don’t throw Laptop change the RAM if 1st and 2nd step not solves the problem
