Ok i might be starting hockey in a couple of weeks

im 14 and i was wondering if anybody could give me any fitness training tips or dieting tips to help me?

Ride your bike, lift weights, basically do anything to improve your rstamina.

RUN! Anything to increase your endurance, really. Do upper body work, but do a ton of leg work so that you’ll be able to be on the ice for a long time without being tired.

Try doing a proper strength workout. If you really want a good routine search/ look into Rippetoe’s starting strength. It was developed by Mark Rippetoe and is a brilliant workout for anyone, especially new lifters.

Running will help your stamina, try to run 3-4 times a week.
