is it a violation of my student rights if?

?
I made a request to a person direct manager to investigate my student file to see if she viewed it? this person would have no reason to view my file. the manager told the employee that i requested this investigation and the reason. also, i have not had any response from anyone at the school and it has been 2 months. however the employee did let me know that she was made aware of my request. please help

It is and it isn’t. It all depends on the situation as you have yet to have given the information I need to tell you a straight answer.

Can also depend on where exactly you live, the laws vary a bit with location.
