Love help: So I sent this girl I like a message on facebook, and she never responded. - Help.com

So I sent this girl I like a message on facebook, and she never responded.

She was online and had to of seen it, because she responded to a bunch of other ones. Should I take this personally or should I try sending her another message? This isn’t the first message I’ve sent to her either. She’s responded to the other ones, but not this one, where I ask her if we can talk somewhere.

Just wait and see. She might respond to it later. Wait a few days.

take this personally, she may be contemplating her answer, but from what it sounds like you said, you got her WAAAYY too nervous. She could be scared off facebook for a few days. Just take your time and call her or ask her in person. don’t ask her on facebook.

All I said was “we’ll talk later, okay?”. How could that scare her off?

well above you said “but not this one, where I ask her if we can talk somewhere.” the ‘we can talk somewhere.’ would have been scary. what you just said now would say that she probably just didn’t see it. She probably saw comments above yours, but somehow didn’t see that one. I don’t think you should take that personally then.
