what’s so bad about caffeine??

i’ve cut caffeine as much as i can but now i find i crave it a lot.. its eveil and all i ever used to have was cola and one cup of tea in the morning

Caffeine has an effect on the heart, but as the website shows it takes an awful lot of cafeine to actually kill a healthy person. Even a heartpatient will not die of a cup of coffee. But caffeine, like many substances, does have an effect on our body. That’s exactly the reason we consume them: it makes us feel more active, both physically and mentally.

Wow…this is ridiculous. First of all, yes, you’d have to drink all those drinks in a row in order to die. There’s nothing really wrong with caffeine. I mean, technically, it is an addictive “drug”, but like anything else, it has its advantages and disadvantages. It increases heart rate which gives you energy and speeds up your metabolism, and it’s also a beta 2 receptor which helps burn fat. The only thing negative about caffeine or any other legal stimulants is the “crash” it gives you when it wears off.
