Well, my trainer and VERY dear friend was the first woman in the world to approach a 400lb bench press. She held multiple world records for years and then competed as a bodybuilder after doing a ton of powerlifting and olympic lifting. Her advice has always been exactly what you think it would be, which means it is hard to stick to. Prepare ALL of your own meals and make sure you are SERIOUSLY watching your sugars, your fats, and your starchy carbs. Dont’ eat late at night. Eat LOTS and LOTS of egg whites and chicken breasts. Other than that, from a holistic standpoint, you’ll want to make sure you eat lots and lots of dark leafy greens. That will continue to keep all of your vitamin and nutrient and fiber high enough to ensure your health is good. Obviously, consult a nutritionist rather than take any of my advice, but . . . for what it is worth–that should help!

be well. You’re not alone.

ummm healthy food

Eat 2 servings of vegetables for every one serving of meat. Don’t eat junk food. eat fruits, drink milk, yada yada. Don’t eat a lot of things with sodium…it will make you bloat.
