If your body is craving I say go ahead and eat it, but if it’s not an urgent kind of hunger than just distract yourself!

i feel you man… sleepless, hungry nights… and even have to wake up early to work… frozen brain at meetings… but trust me!, once it shows the tiniest bit result, it’s all worth it! give it some more time and DON’T GIVE UP!

Frequently, when the body is TIRED, the brain confuses the message and sends one of hunger. It FEELS just as real as any real hunger pang, but the reality is that your body is craving sleep, not food. Find yourself some Chamomile tea and some Lavender essential oil. Brew REALLY strong chamomile tea and drink it. Also, put a few drops of Lavender oil on a cloth next to your pillow. Those two things should really help you get some z’s. Other than that, I would recommend that you try to start the going to bed process earlier rather than later because late at night is when it is most difficult to fight the urge to eat and it is also when eating is most disadvantageous to your exercise and diet regime. Good luck and remember–you’re not alone!

Hmmm. Is doing more exercise an option? Then you can eat a bit more + exercise suppresses hunger (though I find for only about 20 mins after I stop).
