My Yahoo Messenger keeps signing me off - only stays on for about 2 minutes.

I have not had this problem before. Even though it is supposed to keep me signed in for 2 weeks, it just keeps going off meaning I cannot use instant messaging because as soon as it signs out I loose contact. It also seems to affect my use of the web. What on earth is wrong?

Yahoo has been acting this way for me. I just changed my Connection Prefences, try doing diffferent connection preferences and it might change that problem. Yahoo! Messenger is always acting that way. If it does then uninstall it and try AOL Instant Messenger. Better service, better technology, less gliches!
