We can’t see them so we really have no way of knowing, but maybe hives? Google images for hives and see if they look like what you have.

Also, Did you recently wear a belt? My brother had a reaction to something in his belt and he got a huge rash on his stomach.

Yeah, did you eat anything weird? Or something you don’t eat often? In any case, it sounds like a harmless rash of some sort.

Be careful when trying to self diagnose a skin problem. It could be a food allergy.
Try Web MD or make a dermatologist appointment. If it’s stress related, you may make it worse by guessing.
