i have an order of protection against me by a woman

ive known for a short while, she robbed me while in my home and then called the cops on me saying i was calling her phone harassing her, recently she called my home from a restricted number making serious threats, i called our local precinct and explained but was told there was nothing they can do unless i have her voice recorded. i need to know how and if i can get an order of protection on her while she has one on me. any advise will help, thank you.

I think it’s possible to have an order of protection on someone while they have one on you, but it depends on the circumstances and the laws on your area. Call your local precinct or talk to a lawyer to find out for sure.

How did she get an order of protection on you? Don’t the police have to have proof that you threatened or assaulted her?
