Sometimes I just feel trapped.

Like I am stuck. Sometime I won’t be able to breathe, and I know how to, and I keep telling myself to breathe but I don’t. And also, sometimes my vision will just go blurry and I can’t see for a second or two.. ( Is it because Im not wearing my glasses like Im supposed to)

you seems to have a lot of problems… and i stick with my opinion: it’s just you…
hehehe i think you just need to relax a bit, stop worrying too much, you’re still too young to be worried all the time. hey, if the doctors said you’re ok, good enough for all of us, right?

Sometimes when we excited or something that will happen. If you pass out, now that’s different. When I use to scare my brother he would faint..lol. He grew out of that and he’s got me back btw. Blood sugar, exercise and sleep all contribute to this. Plus you are surfing some challenging topics here that may add to stress or confusion. Enjoy, no time for the negative stuff. Live, love and have fun:)

Kind of sounds like panic attacks. I don’t know if somebody already said that. I didn’t read the rest of the posts..lol. But you should see a doctor about that, even if it isn’t too often. They could give you medicine for that, which could help everything. And not wearing your glasses does not make you unable to breathe, so yeah…I would see a doctor (:

Well.. I meant wearing my glasses. Sometimes I get really bad headaches often, and I won’t be able to see for a few seconds because my vision goes blurry is that from not wearing my glasses?
