I got the computer from curry and it is Packguard Bell.

Here is the bad, that the user and administrator password is the same due to this i am not able to download, and i have tried many things but unsucced. so if you have any idea about this means help me it is so important that due forget the password i couldn’t do my work peoperly. Thank you see you in hotmail.

I’m not quite sure what your problem is but, I think you may be having a permissions problem. If so reboot your computer an press F8 when you see the start-up splash screen. Login in as administrator and go to the CONTROL PANEL. Select Users and select modify your User name. You can then change your user privileges to Admin and you will then be able to download…
