Why cant i log in to my friendster acount?

i’v been opening my fs account everyday… then one eveining wen i try my fs account, i just can’t log in. and when i check on my email account to retrieve my password, i cant even open my email account which i used in my friendster account. i believed i’v been hacked… could somebody help me get back my email and friendster account?
